Home Education Creatives
The Home Education Art Club is a weekly online class designed especially for home educated children aged who love to draw, paint, make and explore.
Together we'll build strong artistic foundations whilst encouraging creativity, curiosity and confidence through a wide range of exciting projects. Each term introduces new artists, techniques and materials, giving young creatives the opportunity to develop their skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Lessons are carefully adapted to the children in the group, with plenty of encouragement to experiment, ask questions and develop their own creative ideas. Along the way we'll explore drawing, painting, mixed media, print and art history, helping children build both practical skills and a deeper understanding of art.
One of the things that makes the Home Education Art Club so special is the community. Children create alongside other home educated young artists, sharing ideas, celebrating each other's work and growing in confidence together.
If a child is unable to attend a session, a recording of the lesson will be available so they can catch up at home.
Recommended for ages 7-12 (flexible)
Every young creative develops at their own pace. Rather than teaching to a fixed age, I adapt projects and my teaching to the children in front of me, allowing a broader age range to learn comfortably together. As our Home Education community grows, I may occasionally organise smaller groups if I feel it will create the best learning experience for everyone.
